David Lichten, President
David founded Kennebec Realty Capital to provide enterprising real estate investors with the fast, flexible capital needed to maximize opportunity.
Prior to founding Kennebec Realty Capital, David served as the Vice President of Select Realty Capital Group, a private lending firm based in Portland, ME. Over the past decade, David has funded hundreds of successful projects in Maine, New Hampshire, and beyond. From entry-level renovations to multi-million dollar mixed use developments, David has helped Real Estate investors of all experience levels grow and exceed their goals.
David resides in Gardiner, ME with his wife and two dogs. When he steps away from the office, he can be found in the woods, on the slopes, or on the water, enjoying all that Maine has to offer.
